Electromagnetic Radiation
Electromagnetic radiation is a branch of physics that examines the interactions between electrically charged particles and their associated fields. It encompasses the study of electric and magnetic fields, which together form the electromagnetic force, and includes the behavior of electromagnetic waves like radio waves, visible light, and gamma rays. Quantum physics also plays a role in understanding the particle nature of electromagnetic radiation as photons.
This may be the most misunderstood and contested areas of geoengineering because of the ways our society uses and depends on things like cell phone towers and other communication towers as well as doppler radar and NEXRAD in weather forecasting. And so scientist dismiss the theory that it is being used to manipulate and control the atmosphere including our weather patterns.
However, there is a history of the government using electromagnetic radiation to move, manipulate, and steer storms.
Take a look at the facility built by the US military in Alaska known as High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, (HAARP)..
