Missourians do not give consent to being the subjects of mostly secretive atmospheric experiments by government agencies, military, universities, private NGOs or any other entities to dangerously modify our climate.
Weather manipulation is not only dangerous and irresponsible but also critically harmful to our health and it must stop.

HOUSE
Our Hearing to Ban Geoengineering and Weather Modification was on Monday, March 30, 2026 at the Capitol
These bills were heard by the Special Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs
We fully expected a near unanimous decision to pass these bills out of committee. However, Rep John Black stopped the vote by objecting to the punitive measures and casting doubt on the day of the vote.

SENATE
The committee hearing on SB860 took place on Thursday, Feb 5, 2026 by the Senate Agriculture, Food Production and Outdoor Resources Comittee.
The room was packed with supporters and people were forced to wait in the hallway for an empty seat to become available. Special thanks to the amazing supporters that showed up. Many of them drove for hours to get there by 8:45am.
